Sound familiar?

Common golfer problems and what the program does about them.

Stiff hips and a short turn

Every session includes a mobility drill for your hips or upper back, like 90/90 or open-book. The free screen helps you track your range over time.

A sore lower back after a round

The program strengthens your legs, hips and trunk, including Pallof presses. If you flag your back in the questions, some exercises are made gentler. It is not treatment. If the pain doesn't go away, see a physiotherapist or doctor.

Losing distance

We don't promise extra metres. The program builds leg and hip strength and power with med-ball throws and rotation work.

Tired on the back nine

Regular strength training builds your legs and trunk. Single-leg work is part of every plan.

No plan in the gym

The plan tells you which exercises, how many sets and how many reps. Every exercise is explained, and you get a weight suggestion based on your last log.

No time

Choose 2, 3 or 4 days a week and how long sessions can be. The plan adapts.

Questions

Fairway Strength is fitness guidance, not medical advice. The Golf Body Score tracks your movement over time; it is not a diagnosis. If you have pain, an injury or a medical condition, check with a health professional before training. Stop any movement that hurts.
